Hi Friends,

I am self employed and take alot of legal business deductions..my business took in about 40,000.00 but after deductions shows a profit of only 6500.00 or so..i do have about 100,000.00 in equity in my home and about 25,000.00 in the bank.

Will it be a problem if my business only shows 6500.00 as a profit..will they deny the AOS because of that.and if they do will she have to go back to the Philippines?..any help will be appricated..Thanks,

Im going to get her March 21st i cant wait to finally be with my love of my life.But know i am worried about the above in question.

You will need to add 3 years of tax records to show your INCOME. You have to be above the poverty guidelines as stated in the USCIS tables. If you are not above those levels, then yes they will take other forms into consideration, but you may need to get a co-sponsor if you do not have the right assets.

4/28/2010 - Daughter became "Naturalized Citizen" since I adopted her

4/9/2012 - Filed N-400 for wife

8/23/2012 - Interview Appt!
