04/04/2007 K1 Interview from H...w/the devil herself

06/12/2007 Rec'd Notification Case Now Back In Calif. only to expire

02/23/2008 Mailed CR1 application today

03/08/2008 NOA1 Notice Recd (notice date 3/4/08)

08/26/2008 File transfered fr Vermont to Calif

10/14/2008 APPROVALLLLLLLLLLLL

10/20/2008 Recd hard copy NOA2

10/20/2008 NVC Recd case

11/21/2008 CASE COMPLETE

01/15/2009 INTERVIEW

01/16/2009 VISA IN HAND

01/31/2009 ARRIVED OKC

hi there...

i was just looking at your timeline and it wasnt there...what stage are you at...did you just send it all in these are some things that would help in us answering your questions..

below is the link to the guidelines there are flowchart which lets you know what is the next step...

after you get your NOA1 its a waiting game for your NOA2 which is your approval...

REMOVING CONDITIONS

11th Aug 2008 - Mailed I-751 to CSC.

12th Aug 2008 - Application received

14th Aug 2008 - Cheque cashed

18th Aug 2008 - Received NOA-dated the 12th

26th Aug 2008 - Received Biometrics letter

4th Sept 2008 - Biometrics-Detroit-Complete-'Touched'

5th Sept 2008 - 'Touched'

1st Dec 2008 - APPROVED-Card production ordered -112 days

8th Dec 2008 - USCIS mailed approval notice.

8th Dec 2008 - Received my 10 year Greencard in the mail. took 2 days.

Although I have the above date for approval my card actualy states the

2nd December..

USCIS :)

I filed I-129F, and got - what I believe is - NOA1 (notification that USCIS received my papers). WHAT's NEXT? :)

Yes pak...you pretty much wait for them to either send back an RFE (Request for Evidence if you left something out) or your approval notice which is the NOA2. Read this forum while you wait so you better understand the process - and try not to worry about those others who cant or wont give you the simple answers your looking for. Just read around them. No need to apologize, I understood your original post without the clarification.

no no need to apoligize but for me was hard to advise you not knowing what paper you were looking at or what stage you were in, if you have the NOA1 and your check gets cashed take the number off the back and register your account, so you can watch the (wait/progress) good luck :thumbs:
