I got my noa2 2 weeks ago, now my question is I have been working part time for past few months, is it to late for me now to start working full time so I can show the required income, I was supposed to have a co sponsor but it didn't work out

Did you make enough last year for the 100% criteria it is about 19k for 2 people. If not you will need a cosponsor. I don't think you can get approval without demonstrate your beneficiary will not be a burden on the us taxpayers. No threads I have read suggest otherwise.
