Well I find that plausible in the past but the amount of trouble HCMC consulate got into in the last few years I'd be surprised now.

How can the US consulate in VN push your paperwork ahead when they do not have it yet? Since our paperwork is still NVC, I don't see how "dich vu" in VN can speed our interview schedule..

If you have money, you can do it. I know people that pays you 50g to be the sponsor and they take care the rest of the paperwork. Come to think about it, the nvc doesnt give a about real people. If they did something about it, fake people get priority and we have to wait in line to be the last pick. Why do you think the nvc have no control of the us embassy over in VN? Life isnt fair

There are people over there that knows who to give coffee money to within the consulate over there. Most people do not accept this job unless you feel like spending money to speed up the process because there are a lot of people over there to give money for this process, but doable. They will push your paperwork ahead. They even guaranty passing the interview 100%. And you only need to pay half up front. The other half you can pay when you get on the plane, thats how good they are.

I remember when my wife was about to have her interview, I talked to my friend's wife who had just gotten her CR1 visa. She told me that she paid USD $1,500 for someone to coach her through the interview and to "nudge" her paperwork up the queue. She might have mentioned something to the effect that those people also shuffle your case into the "proper" interviewer so you will pass without any problems. They guarantee their work. Think about it. If you don't pass the interview, they don't get their money. So they have to make sure you pass.
