Hello,

I am currently waiting to pay a visa fee for a second interview after a year because I had to submit a waiver but was approved and now that I am trying to pay my visa fee to set up my appointment at the Ciudad Juarez site, there are no appointments available.

Does anyone have any idea as to when they will open new appointments? :/

Thank you,

You should be able to pay for the visa fee now since a fellow forum member was able to schedule an interview/ASC appointment earlier today for September.

Good luck!

Hi! I´m in the same situation. Did my DS160 and created my account August 9th but it says that there are no appointments available. I´ve been checking constantly for new appointments to be released. I even called the consulate and they don´t know when are they going to have a space. Hopefully we get one this week!

We just got approved and NVC has sent our case to Juarez. I was wondering what's next to be done? I thought the Consulate would issue the appointment date, but for what I read from here we have to choose the date. Is that correct?

Hi there I just went through the process with my Fiancee she just had her interview in Juarez and we were approved anyways once you submit the DS-160 and register here https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-mx/niv/information/asc . You will then be able to setup an appointment for both the ASC and the consulate interview as they are scheduled separately. Oh and here is a note the ASC bio metrics appointment does not have to be scheduled to take place in Juarez, from the drop down when selecting locations you will be able to see the cities it is offered in, if you happen to be in one then you can have it done there and then proceed to Juarez good luck to you.

Thank you very much! One more question. Can we then submit the DS-160 now or should we wait for a letter from Ciudad Juarez?

Yes by all means proceed the letter even if u do not get it can be requested at the consulate help window as long as you have the case number from NVC and you are ready to pay the visa fee you are on point then.
