I see that there are more brazilians like me here! :)

Do you guys (all of you) know an average of time that we all be waiting?

My case went to Texas Service Center ;)

Yep...here I am lol

The first I-130 we´ve filed took exactly 4 weeks to be approved and that´s why I am freaking out already. I am so afraid this one will take months, which means even longer away from my husband :(

Anyways, it seems that I have no reason for panicking so far. Just need to keep busy...very very busy while waiting.

11/17/2013: Our first date
07/18/2014: We moved in together s2
08/23/2014: Got married
Nov./2014: Sent AOS packages (I was living in the US)
Dec. 2014: Biometrics (didn´t go through)
Jan. 2015: Biometrics for the second time (didn´t go through again)
Feb. 2015: Biometric for the third time!!!!! (it went through this time)
03/06/2015: Interview scheduled ----> didn´t happen due to inclement weather
05/13/2015: I returned to Brazil :´(
06/19/2015: Our former AOS + I-130 were denied
08/14/2015: We filed our new I-130 for CR-1 visa
08/18/2015: Received receipt by mail - Routed to CSC
10/07/2015: NOA2
10/28/2015: NVC Received

My PD is Aug 14th and it was also routed to CSC so I think we´ll have similar timelines. Good luck to us...

Let's see how CSC handle our case!! Keep updating and I will do that too?

Well, my NOA1 is dated at the USCIS at 08/19! I think my lawyer sent it before 18th, he told me that I was on 18th ... It can´t be so fast (one day...).

did your lawyer give you the tracking number so you can check the uscis website? You'll notice changes to your petition much faster than waiting for him/her to send you information .

My NOA1 was on 8/7 so 30 days down, 120 to go according to the trends haha (ugh)

NOA1- August 7th 2015 ^_^

TSC to PSC- November 10th 2015 :huh:

NOA2- February 25th 2016 :D

NVC Stage:

Physical letter received at home address March 17th 2016 (away on business trip)

I´m too anxious to don´t get it lol

And for me there´s something more... I was removed, so I sent together with the I-30 the I-212 which is an application for permition to reapply for a visa (they gave me a 5 year ban, because they "thoguht" that I was trying to immigrate without an immigration visa... I was for 6 months and I extended my visa, when I got back, they didn´t allowed me to get in even with all my documents ok and with no illegal time in US...) ... It´s a solo one and people say that it takes sometimes an year to be granted... :( what makes me don´t loose all my hope is that it went to an experienced Port of Entry where they know enough to work with it and my lawyer is experienced with that either... So I´ll have to cross all the fingers that I have...

Our case was approved on sept 14. At last! Cases should start to be approved so check regularly your USCIS accounts! Good luck everybody!

Don´t worry, blondedoc!

My case is also very very complicated; I messed up my first one for being dumb and that´s why my husband and I have to go through all the Visa Journey again, get to the interview and beg the officer to forgive me. But nothing is impossible if you love each other, have a real relationship and nothing to hide. We may just need some extra patience and faith but nothing is impossible.

This forum is awesome and people are always there for you. We are all on the same boat (I don´t know if that´s the expression in English or I just made one up due to literal translation from Portuguese lol). Good luck (L)

We sent ours last August 25 then Priority date August 26. Just one day too!
