I made a request for expedite today (medical), they told me in 5 days I should receive an email with a response. I know they are strict when it comes to expedites so we will see...

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

My wife just moved after i sent the packet in. :rolleyes: frustrating.

do i update it on the USCIS website? just making sure before something happens with noa2 and she never receives her packet.

Got my NOA1 hard copy today and my beneficiary's birth year is incorrect. Called and they told me they would send an RFE or I could submit an e-request online so I did the latter. Let's see how long this slows me down. I guess I'll call them next month to make sure it got fixed.

Hello, guys! I was wondering if anyone has got any approval yet. Even though it´s the second time my husband and I are going through all this, it´s equally (or more) nerve wrecking to wait without news. The first time we filed an I-130, it took excatly four weeks to be processed; this one will complete a month tomorrow since we filed it.

Does anyonone know what priority date is being currently processed for CR-1 at CSC?

They messed up my middle initial. Called, they told me they would send it to Nebraska. Then I get a letter no action is being taken and I have to wait till next stage. Wth... I'm like nervous cause they will flag u and adds time. Ughhh
