I'm still waiting for the to get me into system. Hopefully it is soon and I can start to pay fees.

have you called to see if it arrived at nvc? Don't forget to call and ask for the case number and invoice ID I called and got that and didn't get the letter until way later . So call :)

when did they mail it. I'm trying to gauge time

They mailed it to NVC on Dec 18,2015. I called NVC they told me that they received it but they didn't have a case number for me yet. So I will call quite frequently until they can provide me a case number.

I called today and they received it Jan 4th. Nvc thread said 15 days start calling for numbers

7/30/2015 Sent I130 priority mail to have tracking, I suggest you do the same.

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

If it helps....nvc received my case on December 17th and I got my case number the 30th.

did your IV fee become available yet? I just did review on my choice of agent right now. yay now waiting for theIV fee invoice to be ready.

Once you submit it dont open it because the time will keep resetting for the IV fee to be available.

Yes, since you are the choice of agent, you send everything as soon as possible, they start counting the time when they receive the AOS and IV packets which are the civil documents and the affidavit of support papers.

it seems as though my petition has been lost. I was transferred to potamac and well, black hole.

NOA1 date is August 7th, no news since then.

Interview appointment date received via e-mail- June 2nd (10 business days? how is that even possible?!)

And If I say that my kids NOA2 arrived and mine still didn´t?

I think I never saw a case that they separate NOA´s from kids to their parents... But, ok...

Well i have a question to ask. Im from India and after getting married i issued a new passport with my husband's name. But my old passport has B1/B2 visa which is valid for 10yrs but obviously doesn't contain my husband's title. Will that be a problem if i travel to my husband for a few days because my tourist visa doesn't contain my husband's title... I kpt my maiden name n husband's title both now. Please help.

Just got my NOA2 from Nebraska Service Center! Took just under five months. Now time to deal with the NVC...

@Gargalmon22 I'm not sure if that's a problem. If you do decide to travel, definitely bring official marriage/name change documents with you.
