Dec 24th they sent my petition to NVC. Now the waiting game to get receipt number and other set of numbers needed. Then on to fees and forms. My stomach is in knots....lol.

7/30/2015 Sent I130 priority mail to have tracking, I suggest you do the same.

1/4/2016 petition received at NVC (call and confirm it arrives. About 15 days try to get your case number and receipt number, I got mine in 11 days)

1/15/2016 Called NVC and got case/invoice number logged into this site to pay fees, pick agent -> https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx 1/15/2016 picked agent DS-261

1/18/2016 paid aos fee

1/28/2016 review 261 to get iv fee unlocked ( unlocked once I did review,was taking to long)

2/1/ 2016 sent AOS & IV packets together to nvc while I waited for iv fee to open to save time.

2/4/2016 paid IV Fee and waited to do ds260

2/3/2016 nvc received aos and iv packets(scan date)

2/7/2016 ds260 completed and now waiting for cc

♧CASE COMPLETE. .. march 8th

3/11/15 interview email

4/20/15 shots 4/25/15 rest of medical exam

INTERVIEW APRIL 27TH @8:30

April 27th 221g for additional documentation and placed in administrative processsing.

June 20th submitted evidence requested

AUGUST 16TH embassy called and wants a new co sponser yet he met requirements.

Found a new co-sponsor

Handed in aos sept 11th

Sept 28th update and embassy called

I have been reading your stories and have come across a few similar ones. Congrats to all those that are moving quickly through the process!

Our I-130 was routed from the Chicago Lockbox to the Texas Service Center. Our NOA1 was received on August 24th. Our case was then transferred on November 10th to the Potomac Service Center. Shortly after (Dec 2), the USCIS website updated it that our case was received at my local office but no other updates yet.

Waiting as patiently as possible to receive the NOA2 and move on to the NVC! Some of you mentioned that there was no updates on the myUSCIS case status that you just received the NOA2 in the mail so perhaps that is what will happen! Hoping for this to happen within the next few days/weeks.

Try calling the US embassy or book an appointments with them to followup with your case.

As far as i know your case is in local office would mean that your case will be processed their locally and you will not need to followup with USCIS.

furthermore, If you still have questions the best option would be to call USCIS toll-free number and geting info from them.

We got NOA1 on August 19th from Texas service center, transferred to Potomac on November 10th then approved on December 17th.

My wife's birthday and the perfect xmas gift. Stay patient all, it'll all be worth it in the end.

LOL My timeline is EXACTLY the same!

I had my NOA2 on 12/17!!! ;)

I´LL START TO LIVE BACK AGAIN WHEN I´LL BE ON MY HUBBY´S ARMS, FOREVER AND EVER. UNTIL THERE, I DON´T LIVE. I SURVIVE. (L)

Hey can you please put a link to the NVC thread you guys are at? I am so confused about how to get my package together...though I'm only on Payment #2. But I know once it's gone through they'll need the packet. And I'm so confused.

I'm sending my packet this Friday. I'm still waiting for my IV fee to become available and also the ds-260 its so frustrating... Ill call tomorrow and hopefully my ds-261 is available for review
