Yeah... I know what you all mean...

I´m starting to be sick... Working hard and anxious, anxious, anxious... Gastritis, dermatitis, shingles, sleeping disorders... and It has been just a month that I received the NOA1 and I´m like this already...

But my case I have the I-212... and last week the USCIS sent it back simply because someone there din´t read that is for a permanent resident and not for a tourist visa, wich cannot be sent to the POE... My lawyer went to the USCIS office in Pittsburgh and they asked themselves why it happened and said: Ok... fill it back again... :ranting:

So... at least it didn´t came back again... but I lost 2 weeks... 2 weeks more far away... :crying::crying::crying::crying:

Oh im so sorry to hear that. Its so horrible when they do some awful mistakes when they have no idea what we are going through. Hopefully all will go smoothly for all of us. Hold on their cause this wait will be worth it. All the very best to you ☺️

Yep we're quiet haha but give it some time... In about a couple of months people may start to get rfe's (but I hope not) and maybe a couple of approvals might start rolling in. Then we'll come alive and this thread will start popping. Lol.

We haven't heard anything from NVC. It's been 3 weeks. It's so hard to reach them as the lines are overbooked. We are 6 hours ahead and calling at 4-6 am is kind of hard so we sent an email last night to have an update. I know it takes a while for them to answer by email but it's our only solution yet. We will see. I hope to hear more approvals soon from you all. Good luck to you all
