#FARRAH AND #KDF, have you guys submitted your ds260 form? I hope to send mine in latest monday God willing. Let me know how far u have gone wit yours, to keep the hope alive. I am a beneficiary, and my wife is the petitioner

Not yet. I just paid the IV fees and waiting to receive the civil documents from my wife. Under "IV application" tab it states "NOT STARTED" so I guess I have to wait for that section to be opened up for me to fill it out.

Thank you. Is it okay to fill out and submit the visa application form prior to sending the civil documents and AOS packet?

yes, you can do it that way if your not ready to send packets yet. They won't review anything till u get those packets in. When they get them, that's your scan date and starts the 30 to 45 day clock to cade closed or a checklist which then resets you another 45 to review. After this, you get a letter for interview. So hurry up and get the packets in. First link in signature tells u everything you need to send, just scroll down a little to aos and iv packet

Thank you for the advise. I'm going to fill out the visa application form tonight and hopefully I'll get the civil documents soon.
