Hi all, I my online status changed to "card being produced" on July 15. I got approval letter in the mail for ROC on July 20 but still no card. Its going to be almost 3 weeks since approval, is this normal? Do I have to worry? I havent changed my home address and online status didnt change its still " card being produced". Thank you.

05/22/06 - Biometrics scheduled (online update) and appt letter was mailed on 05/20/16 - Day 12

05/24/06 - Biometrics letter became viewable online (appt scheduled for 06/07/16) - Day 14

05/27/16 - Received Biometrics letter in mail - Day 17

05/31/16 - Was denied walk-in fingerprints with just 1 person left in line. Milwaukee office, boo! - Day 21

06/07/16 - Biometrics completed in Milwaukee, WI - Day 28

12/21/16 - Passed Citizenship test/Interview was successful! - Day 197

Same here. My I-751 was approved on July 21 (99 days after we filed it) but have not received the GC yet. A week after the approval, though, I received a formal / confirmation letter of the approval.

N-400 process

03/09/16 USCIS ackn rcpt (txt, email, and NOA1) and chk cashed
03/29/16 Biometrics (walked in - orig date 04/05/16)
04/04/16 In Line for an Interview (txt, email, and checked case status)

My online status said card is being produced on the 23rd July and I also received the formal letter but I'm yet to receive the card or the tracking number.

Just received an email updating my case status, saying that my GC is out today for delivery and I should call them should I not receive it by Sept 30. I guess, thouse who have been waiting more than a month should give USCIS a call.

How long have you been waiting since it was sent to production?

It was approve July 21, so its 18 days.
