I'm still praying for you guys!!! I hope someone gets off their fat #######, dusts off your case file and gets that approval out to you soon! I can't imagine what the holdup is! For God's sake, you're marrying a Brit!!!!

Anyway, I hope you did plan your trip for April - it will lift your spirits to spend some time with your sweetie! Thats what I'm doing - I leave 6 weeks today!

Keep your chin up - the approval WILL come!

107 days from mailing AOS package to receiving green card! Received 6/27/07 dated 6/20/07

Removing conditions:

mailed 5/22/2009

Recieved at CSC 5/23/2009

Check cashed 5/27/09

NOA date 5/26/09 - still not received

I-551 stamp in passport 6/19/09

Biometrics notice date 6/16/09

Biometrics received 6/20/09

Biometrics apt date 7/9/09

Biometrics cancellation notice 6/27/09

Biometrics apt notice date 6/26 recieved 7/7

Biometrics apt 7/22/09

Touch 7/22/09

Finally able to see online info 7/22/09

Card production email 8/19/09 date ordered 8/18

Recieved approval letter in mail 8/19/09 date 8/13!

This is crappy. :(

I can't believe you've still not got it, Tracy... you've been the calm & collected voice of reason for so many 'WHERETHEHELLISMYNOA2???!?!?!?!' panickers (myself included, to a degree, I think!), it's sooo unfair that it has to get to the stage where even you know that CSC is just taking the p!ss. I didn't go near VJ all last week, and was so sad to come back and see that you still haven't got your NOA2... so not fair. Maybe it really is time (or almost time) to get some congressperson to give CSC a kick up the #######... it does sound like it has worked in some cases.

I (still) have my fingers crossed... yours needs to be the very next approval out of that place...! (F)

2009 - Conditions lifted

Ohhhh, am so happy (and relieved) you finally got it - congrats to both of you! Have been wondering every day how you're doing... did the NOA2 just magically appear, or did you have to harrass USCIS about it?

Thanks ya'll! I was beginning to give up hope.

I feel a little sheepish because I just had a hard time coming here and watching everyone else whiz past us. I apologize for missing everyone else's recent milestones.

My fiance sleeps late but I'm calling him soon - if I wake him up, too bad!! :D
