Tracy,

I don't stop in here as much as I used to but I'm glad to see that you are progressing on your own visa journey after supporting so many others through theirs. Once that NOA2 arrives your feet will hardly touch the ground and before you know it Chas will be arriving in the good ol US of A.

Best of luck for a speedy conclusion to your journey.

Mark :)

Thanks ya'll, but its pretty obvious now that we're stuck in some kind of review (slightly odd since we've not been touched since Nov 27th, but I guess stranger things have happened).

I just hope we're out of CSC by my birthday (Memorial Day).

Hi Tracy

just catching up with a few things since we landed here and I do not get on here as much as I would like to with having to borrow my grandson's comp but I would just like to add my own good wishes that you get your NOA2 really soon now.

I know you have both waited so long to get this far and it is going to be a wonderful day for you both when you get that magic NOA2

All my good wishes are with you both, keep your chin up Tracy it will happen

Tell me about it!

Another week has passed - still no NOA2. I'd get my hopes up for next week if I actually thought it was worth my effort.

At this point, I'm just hoping to be within their 6 month 'processing time', or, at the very least, that they haven't completely lost my case.

This has probably been suggested but have you tried your local senator? We contacted ours and he fired them off an email. They replied and told him it would be done by the end of that month. It was.

It's worth a try...

I considered it, but I was told by Huskerkiev (former NSC adjudicator) that its waaaaaaay to early for me to consider it, and that all they would tell me anyway is that I'm within processing times.

I would do it too, my now mother in law did.

Mine wasn't even taking that long, and she got them to enquire and then I suddenly got it and shot right through to the embassy.

You can't lose, if they tell you to wait...well you already are, and if not, then you get it :D

Interview 11/20/12 PASSED!

Well, I called just to ask them questions and I was essentially patronized to because I'm still within processing times. I was basically told that once that passes, then they can ask for a 'status'. Until then, continue to bend over and take it up the #######.

I'm 99% sure that I'm going to take an April trip to London for his birthday. Its obvious to me now that I won't be able to afford to go to his interview (cos it will likely be during the height of summer airfare) AND his ticket to move here, so I might as well take a trip over while the airfare is reasonable.

Here's hoping we can get him here before he'd have to renew his cab license in September - otherwise he'll have to pay out the nose for a license that he may only have to use for a month (or not renew and be unable to work the last while he is there).
