Thanks for noticing - I had been wondering as I saw others using tax returns - but I am basing this on Nich-Nick's K1 London Guide which says:

"London will accept any proof on an I-134 that clearly shows income. Some ways besides a tax return/transcript are employer letter, pay stubs, pension letter, or banks statements showing direct deposits. Pick two. You don’t need to prove income five different ways. If you have a new job or earn more income since your tax return, then an employer letter and recent pay stubs are a better choice than a weak tax return."

My Fiance got me a wet signed letter from her boss stating yearly salary - and I have an original pay stub showing recent YTD earnings which is very strong.

Here's hoping that will do for London.

...and today I got a very short sensible haircut, shaved my beard off and had fresh 5cm x 5cm USA visa photos done at Sainsburys for £7.

Now I just have to get to London and BREATHE and turn up at the Embassy on time.

Make sure you set that alarm! :) Safe travel & Good Luck!

That's perfect  Totally makes sense about the affidavit of support, why prove it a million different ways... sadly Saudi didn't see it that way hahahaha.

Best of luck to you!!!

I had a bunch of stuff with the at the interview - pay stubs, W2s, tax returns from 2014 & 2013, and they just took the form. <_< They also didn't take any of our new relationship proof, only a photo album I had with me.

Ha! Indeed. I have TWO alarms ;)

And thanks very much.

Thanks for your good wishes :)

I hear that London are quite relaxed about a lot of things that other Embassies get twitchy about. Thankfully!

Great to hear! I don't have any additional proof to give them.

But I can happily show them our daily messages and FaceTime calls on my phone.

Plus I front loaded our i129f with all sorts of lovely relationship proof. Hoping that will have been plenty.
