Just scheduled my medical exam and x ray this morning for November 4. Later I'll pay the fee, fill out the DS-160 and set a date for the visa interview.

08/03/2016 - Became a Conditional Permanent Resident
05/07/2018 - ROC packet sent off

Rang medical centre this morning... They wont allow me to book Immigration medical until I have interview date from Sydney consulate. NVC won't do anything for at least 2 days as Monday in USA is Columbus Day, And as it is is Columbus Day here in Aussie (US Consulate takes the US holidays And the Aussie holidays), I guess I won't hear from them for at least another day.... Waiting... Waiting....

Jun 2015 My Beau visited me here in Aussie..... We just want to be together for always

11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.

So cool to see many of you getting your interview appointments already. I've received Packet 3 in the mail on Saturday, but as I said we're not going to the interview until next summer. I will email the embassy soon to let them know what's going on. Best of luck to you guys for the rest of the process!

Hey, that's great! :)

The consulate called last week, to let her know they'd received the application and to expect an email with a link to instructions on Tuesday (tomorrow). Originally, we were going to wait until early 2016 to move forward; but, we've decided not to slow the roll. So now, we're wondering if she might be actually moving here for the holidays. Still trying to wrap my brain around that. :)

Our case was sent to the embassy in Guayaquil, Ecuador on the 9th. Today the status was changed to ready. Submitting the DS 160 and scheduling everything later.

8/27/2015- NOA1 e-mail and text notification. Sent to CSC,

9/15/2015- NOA2 exactly 2 weeks after I received NOA1 hard copy by mail.


10/2/2015- NVC Received my case.


10/9/2015- NVC Sent out my case to Guayaquil embassy.

I'm sending letters from both my employers verifying my position and pay. For one of my jobs my manager isn't able to get a letterhead from corporate. Is a notarized letter ok? Any tips?

Noa2 was on Sept 21. Our case arrived at the NVC today, Oct 13. What can we do now that we have our case number to stay ahead of the game? Is it best to wait for packet 3 to do anything?
