Hello Essiej! We have the same NOA2 date, so thought I'd let you know that I called NVC early this morning and they told me that they have not received my case yet. Let me know what you find out if you call them in the coming days. Of course, they told me to call after 30 days but we all know that will not be the case.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that we'll both get our case numbers this week!

Awww allright ! Im still gonna let my fiancé stalk them today at least, are you gonna call everyday or just every so now and then?

My NOA2 date is 09/18. I should probably wait for at least a week more to call NVC, but I'm getting so impatient! Anyone with the same NOA2 date has made the call yet?

Received an e-mail from the embassy in Kiev this morning letting us know they were ready to process our visa. (NOA2 8/25)

Paid the fee and filed the DS-160. We are hoping to schedule the interview for 11/10.

Looks like we're on a similar timeline as you:

I-129F sent: 08-18-2015

NOA1: 08-27-2015

NOA2: 09-17-2015

We're now gathering financial info for the I-134, getting letters from her bank and employer, gathering paystubs, gathering more evidence of our ongoing relationship, preparing another letter saying she's still interested in importing her alien, making sure we have photocopies of the NOA2 and copies of the full i-129F and evidence.

I've looked at the info on this site but still not sure precisely what happens next - or if we need to pay another fee yet.

Do we just wait to hear from NVC now? Or is there anything else we can actually do to ensure no delays at all in the process?

Thanks for the info! I couldn't get through the line all day, it was busy. But If yours isn't there yet, then I'll have to wait a few days anyway. Aaaaargh. Waiting is the worst.

Thanks for the guidance, and today I called NVC and they told me they received my file on 10/01/2015 and sent to Islamabad for further processing. She gave me case number, Invoice number and beneficiary ID. I also checked the status on CEAC site and it comes as 'READY'. Anyone please let me know what does it mean? if it says 'Ready'.

I see that everyone seems to be calling the NVC to get their status. Is this part of the process necessary or do they also send out a letter notification to my house in the usa?

They should also send you a letter. Calling the NVC can just speed up the process a little in some cases. Our NVC letter arrived around 5 weeks after our NOA2.

Your case should be at the Embassy ready for letting you get an interview!

They should also send you a letter. Calling the NVC can just speed up the process a little in some cases. Our NVC letter arrived around 5 weeks after our NOA2.

The reason I call is just because im curious, for me it does not speed up the waiting time. But I like to know whats happening

It took us a while to get trough, but after several hang ups and long waiting we got trough I think we are going to call thursday again.

My NOA2 date is September 17th, and I plan on calling again on Friday. I will post whatever I find out then. I called yesterday and was told that they didn't have my case yet.
