Congratulations to everyone being aproved! Today we received our NOA1 by mail! Waiting now for NOA2, that is estimated for a little over a week

We married Friday <3 2 days before Valentines, so should be an easy anniversary for me to remember... Waiting for the certificate and then starting the next part of the process...

I-129F sent on August 6th and received on August 7th in Texas!

Crossing my fingers to hear the good news that our case has been sent to CSC :)

Received by USICS: March 25th 2015
Mail notification + Case accepted and routed to CSC:
March 27th 2015
NOA1 hard Copy received: April 4th 2015 :dancing:

Mail notification - Petition Approved NOA2: May 8th 2015

B-) NOA2 hard Copy received: May 15th 2015 :thumbs::dance:

Called NVC & Received Case NR: May 29th 2015 :thumbs:

At NVC: Since 21th May 2015

Stuck at AP :clock:

left NVC/ In Transit to Frankfurt: 3rd June 2015 :dancing:

Ready at Embassy Frankfurt: 5th June 2015 :wow:

Packet 3 received: 11th June 2015

I believe they say 2-3 weeks?

That is what I heard as well. Does that mean that they have already received my application and started the process on approving it?

12/17/2015 - Visa Interview in Sweden. We're APPROVED!!!
01/14/2016 - P.O.E. @ Newark International Airport
03/21/2016 - Got married @ town hall
03/22/2016 - AOS, EAD, AP packet sent off
08/03/2016 - Became a Conditional Permanent Resident
05/07/2018 - ROC packet sent off

Hello!!!

We have everything done to send in August, but we post the dates to 08/15, so we suppose to wait until saturday to send. :sleepy:

I wanna know if they are still sending all the new case to CSC.

Someone that alread send this month have any news about that?

As far as I know and in regards to my case all cases are being sent to CSC at the moment and according to some CSC is approving applications like crazy.

5/02/16 - AP approval letter received

5/05/16 - EAD card received

5/17/16 - AOS interview

5/23/16 - Online status changed to CASE APPROVE dated 5/18/16

5/23/16 - Received AOS approval letter in the mail

5/23/16 - Online status changed to CARD WAS MAILED TO ME

5/24/16 - Card was picked-up by USPS (online status)

Just found the NOA 1 hardcopy in the mail :) . I'm leaving the states in about a month so I hope we get the NOA 2 before I have to leave. I think we may get a RFE though because of my fiancées birth certificate. Oh well, we will see.
