1/31/16 - Got married

2/24/16 - AOS, EAD, AP packet sent

2/29/16 - Received Date

3/03/16 - Received text and email notification

3/04/16 - Check cashed

3/07/16 - I-797 hardcopy received

3/19/16 - Biometric scheduled received by mail

4/06/16 - I-485 online status changed to Ready to be Scheduled for Interview

4/15/16 - I-485 online status changed to INTERVIEW SCHEDULED

4/17/16 - Interview Notice hardcopy received

4/28/16 - AP & EAD approval date

5/02/16 - AP approval letter received

5/05/16 - EAD card received

5/17/16 - AOS interview

5/23/16 - Online status changed to CASE APPROVE dated 5/18/16

5/23/16 - Received AOS approval letter in the mail

5/23/16 - Online status changed to CARD WAS MAILED TO ME

5/24/16 - Card was picked-up by USPS (online status)

5/26/16 - Green Card on Hand!!! :goofy:

Your NOA1 was just 1 day before mine. Hopefully we will both get good news this week. My time here in the US is almost running out for me. I hope we get the NOA2 or RFE hardcopy before I leave.

It is cool, yet it makes me a little mad, there are cases that were received later than mine and they have already been approved. I just have to be a little patient and this could be the week since the estimate from VJ says so :)

Well various factors affects our application. We will all get there as long as we comply with all the requirements. Where is your fiance/e from?

I am expecting an RFE and I don't want to stress myself over it. Hopefully I will get the RFE notice soon, how soon do you guys received your RFE (if any) from NOA 1?

2 September 2015 - APPROVED! (14 working days from receipt date)

Dec. 21-22 - Medical DONE!

Jan 11, 2016 - Interview- APPROVED!

Jan 15 - Visa ISSUED!

Jan 21 - VISA ON HAND! (8 working days from interview)

March 21 - CFO / PDOS for K2s

June 1, 2016 - POE

July 18, 2016 - Married

I am his and he is mine from this day until the end of my days..

I'm really starting to feel the drag especially after seeing so many July filers moving on to the next stage. I checked other numbers before and after ours and they've all got RFEs or approvals. Seems like they skipped us, lol. I really hope we won't have to wait the full 5 months.

Oh wow congrats! My NOA1 is just 2 days after yours and VJ actually suggests that I can possibly expect news about the NOA2 starting the 27th. So I'm hoping for the best.

I don't know how they do this but it's already the 20th day for us today.. And nothing yet.. Lucky for those who got approved the filed after us.. I know approval or rfe will come sooner i hope not later..

Same with me, I think we should hear some good news either today or tomorrow. Keep up the good faith and pray for a fast and easy path to getting the visa. :)

We did send ours on the 14th of August, was received in Texas on the 19th , and we Got our NOA1 yesterday !!!!! yeyyyy!!!! .... and now is the waiting period !! ,
