Hi, How are you doing?

I came to the USA last octobre 2014 by DV immigrant Visa, I have got my green card after 40 days, then after , I came back to my country in December to resolve some matters, I stay there till last april 2015, the month which I came back to the USA.

But my big question that I missed to fill the tax return of the year 2014. And So, I would like to know if it's possible to do it without pay fines or penalities?

Knowing that, I never work inside and outside of the USA, during 2014.

What is the best way to fix this issue? and so the tax return is it important even if I don't have any income? is it necessary and wondered for the citizenship?

If you have no income then you do not file a tax return.

Can you tell how to fill it and when I have to send it?

Can I fill it online and submit it without need to send it by mail?

Also, I need a sample for of 1040EZ form to whom they don't have income
