I viewed our status online almost everyday and yesterday, I saw there was a touch on my EAD only. Does that mean they work on your EAD first? I have yet to do my biometrics on Mar 1. My husband is coming with me to my appoinment. I told him he doesnt have to leave work coz I might not need him there. Am i right? I will need him on the AOS interview? Thanks for those who will reply.

Hi Joan,

touch! means they checked your case through system. And since your biometrics will be done by March 1 after that ... you will know what's they up into your processing, more often its EAD first, but it comes on delay when sometimes they sent you RFE.

You husband coming into your biometrics, is not necessary because biometrics are only fingerprinting & bio/digital pic of you will be done .. unless he needs to be with you to drive you to go there or give you full support to be with you on the processing of biometrics. Upon getting inside, the security guard will asked for your appointment letter to confirm your schedule. Don't forget to leave your cellphone/camera to your car, or else you will be asked to go back to your car to leave it, then you will be falling inline to check-in inside ... you will need to give your passport, appointment and also your marriage certificate to verify your married name and they will given you form to fill-up.

Yes, you will need your husband into your AOS interview importantly than biometrics. Only if you gonna be having an interview schedule for AOS. alot of VJ members now experiencing that their AOS being transfered to CSC without interview, like me eventhough I've received RFE and replied to it completely.

Goodluck to your processing, god bless!
