Hi everyone. This may be a easy question, but I wanted to know for sure does it matter who sends in the AOS and IV packages to the NVC? The petitioner or Applicant?

Hello.

I am not sure if it matters as long as all of the information is accurate and complete, but I believe the Petitioner is the one who should complete and submit these packages.

no, it not matter.

what does matter is original signature on I-864 document. Usually this is easier for the petitioner to collect all, submit all.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
