Front Loading Packet 3

Packet 3 says to bring evidence of relationship to the interview, but has anyone included it in packet 3 to the embassy? That way they can see it ahead of time and make the interview smoother?

If package 3 states that you do not mail documents to the embassy but bring them to the interview, then do it as you are told. Coz some embassies don't accept any mail packages from K1.

During an interview, you will submit your documents first anyways. Before you got called in , they will check your documents ahead of time. And you will have chance to show the rest on the spot in front of an officer. If you got plenty evidence, then don't worry about it. Just make sure you got everything your embassy requires.

Is ere any problem if we do not mail the package 3 very fast to the embassy? My faience is coming soon for vacation and we decided to arrange the documents ( my doc and his doc too) together.

Is there any answer to help out ?

We would hope that you sent plenty of evidence as part of the I-129-F submission with plenty of photo`s with family members being most important. At the interview, none of the additional evidence we brought was accepted EXCEPT a photo album which was gone over by the interviewing officer along with questions...when and where...etc....We sent no evidence with the Packet 3. As a veteran Thailand member has said many times here....pictures,pictures, pictures.

i know a bit about frontloading for K-1 and CR-1 stuff,

and sideloading for CR-1 stuff

but 'front loading a packet 3' ?

for ThaiLand ?

Unsure about it. if you wish to try it, my only advice would be - make 2 complete sets, throwing one set in with the packet 3 submittal and giving over the 2nd set on interview day. Report back, when able.

For what you've specifically described, The Venn Diagram is nil on that intersection. Still, you could be the lab rat, let us all know the result.

It is believed by us and others that the U.S.Embassy,Bangkok does not have the time or the interest to go over pages of phone records, messages,letters, cards...etc...we submitted none of these at any stage of the process( I-129 or packet 3)the decision is basically made before the interview, based on the I-129-F and correctly submitted packet 3 documents and financials with no red flags...once again, bring plenty of photo`s to the interview...good luck...stevie n songsang
