YEEEEEYYYY!!!! Cant believe it they finally gave an interview date: Sept 22!!!!!!!! Yes!! CC July 24! Congrats to us all!!! Good luck dear friends who are still waiting for an interview date, we feel for you!

I say they take my long standing idea. At Case Complete NVC opens up the ustraveldocs.gov portal so you can schedule your own dang um interview. How about that. I mean why is it K1 can and you can't?

OK this might be a stupid question but we dont need to pay more fee or something for the visa interview do we ?

Nope nothing at interview. Just the $165 Green card production fee as we call it after the interview that can be paid online before you come or after. Hey special not I have found out by many who just waited until they were here the card gets to them much faster because you don't have to worry if the CBP at POE checked it or not. Just an FYI

ALMOST EVERY BODY ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH CC ON MAY GOT THEIR INTERVIEW AND SOME R ALREADY WITH THEIR SPOUSES ............... BUT CAIRO EMBASSEY IN EGYPT ............ EVEN PEOPLE WITH CC IN AUGUST IN SOME PLACES GOT INTERVIEW SCHEDULED .......... I KNOW ITS DIFFERENT FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER BUT JUST THATS A BS TO MAKE PEOPLE WAIT FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS JUST TO GET SCHEDULED ........ TILL NOW NOTHING ............ WHAT MAKES CAIRO EMBASSY SO DIFFERENT THAN EVERYOTHER EMBASSY ALL AROUND THE WORLD AND WHY ITS SO BEHIND LIKE THAT

Well through my years of doing this Egypt has always been a long wait. from 8 months it was before down to 3 to 5 months last 2 years. Is something

going on in Egypt that's effecting security at embassy? I thought someone tried to blow it up a few weeks ago.

Hi

Its me IR5 again.This thread has helped me keep my sanity. It so good to see interview dates being scheduled! This has given me hope about interviews for IR5 mumbai and I have been calling NVC everyday. It has been really tough but thanks to everyone for giving me hope :-)
