Hey Sunshine,did u get an expedite for Lagos?..i know ur CC is June 16th..i just called NVC,my CC is actually June 17th,keeping my fingers crossed..please

dwheeels and queen soft engineer,can u update my CC to June 17th..it was put in for June 16th..thanks!!..Nothing yet..still waiting tho!!..Gudluck!!

I say they take my long standing idea. At Case Complete NVC opens up the ustraveldocs.gov portal so you can schedule your own dang um interview. How about that. I mean why is it K1 can and you can't?

Hey Guys, I'm an EB2 (Employment-based).

- Interview scheduled Aug 18th for Sept 15th in Montreal

- CC Aug 5th

For your "consolation" though :rolleyes:

- Case created at NVC Feb 24th

- Case transferred by USCIS to NVC Feb 3th

- I-140 Petition approved by USCIS Oct 1st (yup :angry: )

So I started like a tortoise and finished like a hare.

All in all almost a full year since my IV Petition has been approved to the Consular Interview.

Good luck to y'all, and hope you're faster than me.

Did you get multiple checklists from NVC?

My employer filed I-140 in first week of April and I paid for premium processing. NVC however delayed me over police certificate.

Was your I-140 not premium?

ALMOST EVERY BODY ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH CC ON MAY GOT THEIR INTERVIEW AND SOME R ALREADY WITH THEIR SPOUSES ............... BUT CAIRO EMBASSEY IN EGYPT ............ EVEN PEOPLE WITH CC IN AUGUST IN SOME PLACES GOT INTERVIEW SCHEDULED .......... I KNOW ITS DIFFERENT FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER BUT JUST THATS A BS TO MAKE PEOPLE WAIT FOR ABOUT 4 MONTHS JUST TO GET SCHEDULED ........ TILL NOW NOTHING ............ WHAT MAKES CAIRO EMBASSY SO DIFFERENT THAN EVERYOTHER EMBASSY ALL AROUND THE WORLD AND WHY ITS SO BEHIND LIKE THAT

Wow,r u filing IR-1 or Naturalization..how come sunshine cc 06/16 and already in transit.,i asked the NVC abt that status thing,cos mine is still showing At NVC,he said that stuff is not accurate sometimes,not until i receive an official email for the interview..so ill just keep checking my email 98 times per day!!

i need an answer plz guys.. when u give them the 2014 taxes, should u give them a new I864?

and if so, there is a new version now, which one we should use, the new or the old one?

I would suggest you to be safer side. Get both old and new I864, have them filled with 2014 tax details. So whichever they want u can gv it right?

Me neither, MarVegiyam, and my case was completed on July

20th. I called all the days of this week and nothing new,

but on the last call they give me some hope, because they

told me that they still scheduling interviews.

Let's wait, where almost there!
