I say they take my long standing idea. At Case Complete NVC opens up the ustraveldocs.gov portal so you can schedule your own dang um interview. How about that. I mean why is it K1 can and you can't?

OMG!!! Just got off the phone with NVC!! No holding time, it rang right away!! INTERVIEW SCHEDULED for my husband SEP 24th!!!! Yes!!! Thank you LORD!!!!! Im the happiest person right now!!

Awww congrats!!! I havent called today but hopefully my parents got interview date as well

I have just now scheduled my OFC appointment. Question is, Is this Bio metrics appointment ??


They also listed below documents to bring. No problem with the documents but our AOS was submitted to NVC and we have a checklist for the same. Do we have to bring AOS at OFC appointment ??


● Appointment confirmation letter

● Your current passport and most recently expired passport

● Print out of the DS-260 (or DS-160 for K visas) confirmation page

● Police clearance certificate from the regional passport office

● Medical report (X-ray films and discs not required)

● Original and photocopy of birth and marriage certificates

● Affidavit of Support (Form I-864 or I-134), sponsor’s recent tax returns, job letter, and pay stub (if applicable)

● Proof of relationship between petitioner and beneficiary (if applicable)


Additional Documents For K-1 and DV Applicants Only

● K-1 visa or DV fee payment receipt

Quick question, for the interview in Mexico does the applicant need a biometrics appointment before the interview or is that done at the time of the interview?

We scheduled appointment for medical but just wondering on the fingerprints. Thanks!

End of this week, till have schedule for Sep??? when did you complete your case? I completed on 27-Apr but this morning I called to NVC and they said that they are waiting schedule from Hochiminh embassy.

We competed 24 April.

No i have not got the interview letter. I went ahead with http://www.ustraveldocs.com/in/in-iv-visaapply.aspand created my account and scheduled my OFC appointment (which i think is a Bio metrics)

We got our interview date yesterday only over phone. Expecting interview letter in 2 - 3 days. I also scheduled my medical for next week on the same hope that we will get Interview letter this week.
