By the way Monteal asked me to register the appointment at https://usvisa-info.com/ .

It is asking me DS-260 number. If I enter OMB CONTROL NUMBER from DS-260 by logging in, it gives an error, "Invalid and has already been taken". Also with Case number, it shows "is not ready for an appointment".

If you log on to the ceac portal and click on IV application and then click view and then click sign youll see the ds260 confirmation page.At the bottom, just above the bard code you see the confirmation number. This is the number you need. It consists of letters and numbers.

We sent in our I-130 package to USCIS: August 8, 2014

USCIS received I-130: August 11, 2014

USCIS approves our case: February 10, 2015

USCIS sends case to NVC: February 18, 2015

NVC welcome letter + email received: March 10, 2015 - date on letter March 3, 2015

NVC assigned case number: March 1, 2015

DS-261 filed: March 10, 2015

AOS fee payed online: March 10, 2015

NVC confirmation letter for choice of agent being registered: May 5, 2015 - received this letter thru email on May 7, 2014 and again via letter/email May 8, 2015

IV bill received: May 7 and May 8, 2015 (together with letter ds261 review confirmation)

Send in AOS an IV package: May 6, 2015

Payed IV bill thru money order: May 8, 2015

Email from NVC with letter of acceptance of AOS and IV package: May 15, 2015 (processing time: at least 60 days)

Scan date: May 12, 2015

NVC cashed money order IV bill fee: May 15, 2015

Received confirmation letter thru email that IV fee is received: May19, 2015 - date in letter May 15, 2015

Received checklist: June 22,2015 - date on checklist June 19,2015

New scan date checklist: June 24, 2015 (processing time: 30 days)

Filed DS260: July 7, 2015

Case Complete: July 21, 2015!!!!!!

Receives confirmation of case complete on August 1, 2015

I say they take my long standing idea. At Case Complete NVC opens up the ustraveldocs.gov portal so you can schedule your own dang um interview. How about that. I mean why is it K1 can and you can't?

I think i need to make copies too.

Yep, you need copies. Good ones, so embassy can keep the copies in order to give you your originals back.

Oh my goodness!! What is going on with Mexico?! Or better ciudad Juarez!! They are taking forever to give out their schedules for September and it's not like they'll have many dates anyway cause of all the U.S. AND MEXICAN holidays but they should get their stuff together! I just called and nothing. Been waiting with cc since April how much longer will my husband and I have to wait. We just celebrated anniversary over Skype and it sucked. We thought by this time in August we'd already be living together.

I cant believe you have been on wait since April!!! I took close to 5 months processing with the NVC cause they had a "supervisor" review my documents and received my CC on July 9th....I'm praying for one of those September interviews in Juarez....but dang, you def need one! I figured there wouldn't be any update for us today....but they better start tomorrow, it almost makes you wanna chew out one of the reps! :ranting:

I'm so sorry you have to wait so long. I've only been waiting a mth and already I am getting super impatient. I was so hopeful that by today those from the end of April and May would have received their Sept interviews. Come on NVC, just schedule September interviews already!!!! Or let us schedule our own!

I feel for you, A LOT. It is just so unfair that you have been waiting for an interview since April. I don't know what I'd be doing by now if I were in your shoes. I pray for good news for you very very soon. Hang in there.

Hi everyone,

Hope you all had a nice Monday. I was sorry to see there was no movement for those of you waiting for your interview dates. Hopefully tomorrow will bring lots of good news.

My husband had his medical exam last Friday. I guess it went well. They gave him one envelope for the embassy and one (sealed) for when he enters the U.S. .. my husband is not a fan of shots so he wasn't thrilled that they gave him 2 and took a large blood specimen.. but he survived..thankfully. He made me laugh..such a strong man afraid of needles.. but I am glad he over came the fear and got it done.

Thursday is his interview.. I am so nervous! and so ready for it to be over. Like many of you we have missed an anniversary..and we actually have one coming up on the 2nd of September.

I hope my next post will be to tell you we were approved. Wish us luck!

I'll be watching as the week goes on.. Hope to see lots of interviews scheduled.

March 31, 2015 - I-130 packet mailed through USPS express mail

April 1, 2015 - Packet Delivered

April 3, 2015 - NOA1, routed to Nebraska Service Center

April 6, 2015 - Payment of $420 cashed

April 9, 2015 - Hard copy of NOA1 received in the mail

May 19, 2015 - I-130 case APPROVED!!!

May 27, 2015 - Case sent to Department of State NVC

June 3, 2015 - Case received by NVC

June 16, 2015 - Case number obtained

June 17, 2015 - DS-261 choice of agent completed over the phone ( unable to sign in online )

June 20, 2015 - Received WELCOME LETTER (enclosed with AOS fee invoice and document cover sheet)

June 21, 2015 - Received IV invoice fee through email ( still unable to sign in online )

June 25, 2015 - Mailed payments of both AOS and IV fee (two separate money order from USPS in one envelope, overnight delivery)

June 30, 2015 - Received email confirmation, both AOS and IV payment received

July 2, 2015 - Called NVC and confirmed AOS and IV shows PAID and Cleared in their system ( since i can't log in online )

July 2, 2015 - Mailed documents (overnight), only to find out NVC is close today (july 3), so package is held in the NH post office, scheduled delivery updated to july 6

July 5, 2015 - Finally able to sign in to CEAC website and filled up DS 260 and SUBMITTED!!!

July 6, 2015 - SCAN DATE

July 27, 2015 - CASE COMPLETE!

August 24, 2015 - Interview schedule assigned

September 24, 2015 - INTERVIEW DATE at US EMBASSY MANILA, PHILIPPINES

APPROVED!

September 28, 2015 - Visa Packet received (picked up at 2GO SM MOA branch)

October 10, 2015 - ENTRY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, reunited with my wife finally!!!

July 13, 2017 - Packet mailed to CSC via USPS express mail

July 15, 2017 - Packet delivered

July 19, 2017 - Check cashed (personal check $680)

July 21, 2017 - Received I-797, Notice of Action (dated 7/15/15, 8:57pm)

Still no action for Jamaica? I called tonight and they are still waiting for the embassy in Jamaica to send them dates...SMH...luckily i was just in Jamaica three weeks ago to see my husband but unfortunately that does not stop me from missing him constantly and wanting to have my family together...They need to hurry this thing along...dagnabbit!!!

I just called to NVC (Monday night in USA) but till nothing for CR1. But today in Vietnam, many F2A got interview letter with interview date on end of Sep. So damn crazy now with schedule. I will recall them on Friday night.
