until the embassy puts it in their system it will say at nvc.. did you call? if they told you its at lagos I believe you do have an interview. I would call to confirm.. when you call hit 1 for English then hit 7. hopefully the wait isn't long

On the CEAC page, it shows that my case it's at NVC, does that mean that it have to change before i get my interview or it doesn't matter the status?

It will say at NVC until you get your interview and its shipped out

I called 5 minutes ago to NVC and the agent told me that it's one of the first cases that see this week that is waiting for the

interview, so that can be considered a good notice, also told me that they haven't started to schedule appointments

here in Spain, so i have to wait a little more for this...

me and my wife are jumping literally every time the phone beeps at a new e-mail

so far it's been sears, uber, apple, outlook and american airlines

I totally get it, every time I have a new email I jump with excitement then look at see its totally NOT related to the visa at all!

Hi all. I have learned over the past 12 months on this journey that perseverance is an important attribute one must have. I never gave up and I have God backing me up. If I told my wife the details of all I have gone through in the hands of USCIS and NVC, she would think I'm a superhero

To be honest, I wasn't expecting August interview because I thought August was filled up last month but my wife's interview is now only 7 days away! Now, we'll be on the rush to get her medicals done in the next 2 days so the result can be ready before Thursday.

We are fully aware that this "battle" in not yet over - there is one final hurdle to scale. But we believe God will perfect everything He has started in our lives. Counting down to the day I see my lovely wife again at the airport (don't know which one yet )

Well with a good enough reason and evidence you request an expedite from NVC they send to embassy and you wait for approval. Can't be you are tired of waiting. Everyone would get one.

Medical, death, dying, financial hardship (extreme), and deployment are the biggest reason for approval.
