I just called at NVC. I was told that my case is closed and my interview is Scheduled on Sept 10, 2015 at Montreal. they will send me an e-mail and letter within 7 days.

Just called and nothing yet. But it was a super fast call. That was the good part.[...]

I just called a minute ago, and noticed they have a new menu (since I last called). They have a selection for verifying interview appointment date... it was like #6 or #7 I think. And then 2 minutes later someone answered

No appointment yet, but I was also amazed about the speedy response.

I called today, the rep didn't ask anything else.. Just said 'ah you called to check about your interview date but its not yet scheduled'. He was a nice guy.

Then said I hv possibility to get a Sept interview date and said patience is most important right now and we are always welcome to call NVC. Lets wait couple of days for the good news.

I just called NVC today and I got through within 7min. I pressed 1 first (for english), press 7(to check interview appointment). I talked to 1 guy with lovely voice. After declaring my case, he said that he didn't see interview date for my case yet. I asked the date I would expect to recall NVC and he said that he didn't know but hope good news come soon. I asked the last question if my case was completed on Apr-27 and he replied "Yes correct". Finally CR1/IR1 for Vietnamese haven't scheduled yet. Hope good news will come soon.

It says either "At NVC", "in Transit" or "Ready" when its at the embassy

Thanks for your reply. Makes me feel good. Well till the time i get through POE, i will be on toes (as everyone know how important it is - Can't stay away from family anymore)
