I say they take my long standing idea. At Case Complete NVC opens up the ustraveldocs.gov portal so you can schedule your own dang um interview. How about that. I mean why is it K1 can and you can't?

I am guessing this does not make a difference: Since this CR-1 process has dragged on so long, my husband and I have now been married two years. ( On August 1st) Since out interview is the end of next month, does this change anything? Or are we still required to wait the one year, 9 months to go through the removal of conditions.

This is just what I know. On your interview there going to change your CR1 to IR1 if not you have to let them know on your port of entry.

My situation will be like yours. July 25 was our 2 years anniversary. Once I get an interview my CR1 will be IR1. So I don't have to adjust my status.

That is awesome! From what I read, if you are approved during your interview for the visa you can bring up the change at that point :)

I have a feeling they have implemented a new scheduling system.

In the past, my assumption is, they would call everyone in the morning, and then last one had to wait like 3 hours or so.

But this time it looks like people are given half an hour slots. My appointment is at 8:00. I know someone else at 9:30.

I was browsing India forum, and there is a case by case appointment available in PDF with half an hour slot each. Dwheels might be able to shed some more light into it whether my assumption is correct or not.

dwheels, I received yesterday night the p4 letter, I forgot to ask you for the update me on the spreadsheet!

Thanks to all of you, for helping me on this long waiting and for wishing me the best wedding birthday! We celebrated like never made it before! :joy:
To those of you that are waiting the interview, be patients, it will come when you not expect!

Awwww you are so welcome. And I already updated you yesterday with 8/26. It doesn't matter about the letter as far as the stats. I just need the date you found out you had a interview. Since many call its usually a day or more before they get letter. :goofy:
