Excellent, when did you get your case number from the NVC or when was it assigned?

I got my case no. On July 29 by phone but it was assigned on July 24 as they told me. I just called them today to check the status and after 10 minute I received all .....

Excellent, you are moving real fast. Looks like you are going to be the record holder soon. Your experience is giving me hope, I hope.

I received a case number 3 days after you, so hopefully I will be able to be where you are Friday or latest Monday.

Thanks for sharing your update and looking forward to hearing more positive updates with your case.

You are welcome. I was happy to find this resource to get an idea of what is going on. While we can't vouch that all that the NVC says is correct, it was good for someone to put some pressure on them to give some answers as to what in the world was going on with all those delays.

That is what we are praying for CallMeShams. We're also praying that everyone's NVC case as well as others in the CR1 process moves quickly.

Anytime! I know the information I provide is helping others gauge their timelines.

I just got a welcome letter and the AOS invoice but I am not able to log on and pay it. Looking at the date, I am getting it one day late What's up with that? Did someone block me out of the system?

I got a little ahead of myself. I saw the "PAY NOW" link next to the IV Fee link as well, but as it turned out when I went to pay this afternoon that only the AOS fee was available at this time. I still plan to mail out the AOS/IV package asap!

Have they told you why they can't enter your email addresses?

Good evening everyone!

Our expedite request was approved on Monday Aug 3, they said they would forward our file to the Santo Domingo Embassy for processing. I paid the AOS fee and sent both packages already about two weeks ago but I cant still pay or fill out our DS 260. When I check the status, it still says that the case is at NVC. When should i expect them to forward our file? Will they mail the AOS and IV packages? Will I still be able to pay the fee online? I know when cases are expedited you make the payment at the embassy, but how will i be able to fill out the DS 260?

Thank you

We also received NVC Welcome letter today as well as the Document cover sheet and AOS fee Invoice. I was finally able to log in the payment portal and the AOS Fee is now available to pay. Made my day :)

We won't be able to send the AOS and IV packet anytime soon tho as I am still waiting for my police clearance. Now, the waiting time for IV Invoice and DS-260 begins!

Wishing all the best for everyone! :)
