Also, can you tell us what the email said?

I did my DS260 on 2 August and we sent the documents on 4 August. We received the checklist on 11 August.

The email had a PDF attached which said the DS260 had been received and is being reviewed, which can take up to 30 business days. I think you have to take it to the interview with you.

Oh the confirmation page showed up for me too and the form says complete on the ceac website. But no email.

I did not get email too. There is a confirmation page where you can click the email confirmation and access the form. When you do that you can get an email. I did that then I got the email of the confirmation page. But I did not receive anny email from NVC stating that they received DS-260. However I received the email after they receive the documents that I sent..

The magical 3rd N/A!!!!!!!!!!!! 21 days from scan date for us since it was the weekend.

We did the regular i-864 as I have a joint sponsor.

I did not get email too. There is a confirmation page where you can click the email confirmation and access the form. When you do that you can get an email. I did that then I got the email of the confirmation page. But I did not receive anny email from NVC stating that they received DS-260. I only got email when NVC received my package (scan date). No email at all after I submitted DS-260.

No. It was quite funny cause he put full time employee, and he's working in IT. lol. Silly me for not thinking that it might create a problem.

Well, it's not with DS-260 but with I-864ez. That's why I am kinda scared now since someone mentioned about it before.

In case don't worry yourself about that. You will be just fine.

I think I read some people who made mistakes on their i864..were asked to bring revised form to interview....(if it is only small difference in $ and you are well over the poverty requirement) .... hope we don't get a check list for the mailing/physical address either

I just spoke to NVC this morning and they confirmed that I should resend the 864ez form along with barcoded cover sheet and letter explaining which question i made correction ASAP.

She also confirmed again that the employment letter is not needed for me since I included the pay stub. Needless to say, i am taking time this morning to print documents and send by this morning.

Well it is only been 4 business days since you sent first package...probably have not even look at your documents...I don't think any delays processing your case...I called about the physical address and they said it should not be an issue..because we answered the question before "is physical address the same as mailing address"...

Well my wife's employing letter didn't say what her position is. It only included when she started working and that she's full time and her hourly rate. Is the position really important in the letter to NVC? Will we end up with a checklist for this?
