Thank you Shams and Urvashi ... I'll keep checking up on them.

I called earlier and she said she'd "send an email" to have them process it and to call back in 08/19/2015 or 08/20/2015

So ... I'm hoping at least by end of today the AOS fee can show up as paid.

Hi everyone,

I have sent my aos and civil docs to nvc by email july 10 and sent my ds260 on july 13. However, I sent a transfer request "changed embassy" on the july 13 too and i received an approval of mu request. Now every time i call them to ask about my docs if their done reviewing it they say no their still working on my file. Their renewing my folder because of the consulates changed ??? I have to wait. Im off the 30 days now and i still have this answer from them i dont even understand what do they mean . Anybody here have experienced this??? This stressing me off!! Plus when their done putting everything on computer like they told me when i call are they going to send everything to the embassy or if im missing something im going to have a checklist??

No you don't need to wait for the IV barcoded cover sheet. You may just use the one from the aos fee payment. I asked a lot of people on visa journey if we could do that, and they said yes we can. Also, I even asked an NVC operator if we could, she confirmed that we could. Hence, we sent both our packages with AOS cover sheet on top and then we included cover letters for both packages.

Thanks for the information. I really appreciate your quick responses to this forum. It is a great help.

In form I-864 affidavit of support regarding the size of the family. There is a place that enter one if you are married. I am married but filing for the spouse only. Do we really need to enter one here. Because if we do that it's repeating the spouse as we are entering one for support and one for married. Please advise.

Thanks.

One the I-864ez it days not to repeat, not sure what it says for the I-864, I suspect it says not to count anyone twice as well.

If you would be living as a family of 2, fill it out so that the total of the lines does not come to more than 2. You do not count your principal beneficiary, spouse, more than once.

If you guys have any questions specifically for me,

I will be glad to help via private message.

bonbon i was in your same position till last friday. I got a CC on friday, I called aug 5, they said call on 7th i called on 7th they said supervisor review and since then i called 1-3 times every day to try to talk to supervisor, finally woke up friday to see the third na on the website.

have you called to confirm you are actually on supervisor review? if not please do so and bug them and dont let them discourage you from calling them everyday even if you are just started the sup review. its the stupidest thing to hear oh we missed ur 30 day so u r now in sup review so let us punish you for our laziness by 42 days no no no no no.

so call the supervisor as much as you can, you may not get connected to them, but somehow they know you are following up on it. good luck.

I called them Wednesday and they told me everything looks good we don't need anything else from you. We just need to review your Ds-260 so this on day 37. I don't understand, the Ds-260 it's a 15 min application form why do you need so much time to review it. Been at Nvc since April 8 and my visa F-1 been patiently waiting for almost 8 years. I am tired
