Hello,

I discovered this site last week and have spent a lot of time reading posts here and learning the overall k1 process. I filled my case on December 6th 2006 and it seems like I should get my NOA2 within 2 weeks. I have hired a lawyer to do my case but I also want to be educated about the whole process just to insure everything is being done as quick as possbile.

since I am using a lawyer i read on the NVC flowchart that we will not need to do the 3032 form. So should my fiance in India just disregard this form / step???

I am self employed, so what kind fo job verification proof would I need? Should I type a job verification letter also? Another question about income requirements. If you make 30k but have deductions from your mortgage payments etc and your showing net income after deductions of 10k . What counts as your income the 30k or the 10k for your income requirements?

I make enough money but after my deductions I will be under he income requirements

someone please help I am not sure about this.

Thanks

Raj

found answer to my own question by reading the i-864 application instructions. it states in there what they look at for the gross income for self employed individuals and what schedules from ur tax returns they need. Hopefully this will help someone else out... :)
