Approval mail finally came after 7 months

Today, I finally received an approval mail for I-130 and I-475 after 7 months waiting.

We had AOS interview 7 months ago and the offficer said to us we got approved and GC will be sent within 2 weeks. However I never received any mail from them. We made infopass once and wrote inquiry letters, but never received any reason why it was pending.

Last month, I decided to renew EAD since I had lost a hope already after 6 months waiting. As soon as sent renwal application for EAD, things got changed. My case suddenly started getting touched for the first time after the interview. It touched all EAD, I-130, I-475 for 2 days in a row and today I got this approval mail. It seems someone of the local office checked my file after received my EAD renewal notification and found out my case had been pending for no reason...lol...

I really appreciate your support and advice. I hope an approval letter will come soon to those who have been waiting for a long time. Thank you very much
