Thanks for the info. I was trying to do a SR and the tier2 told me the processing time is 8-9 months and I can't do it. I am wondering if it is worth trying again.

That's actually a more specific piece of new information: Remember I filed a phone inquiry and an e-request? The earlier phone inquiry response says my case is being adjudicated and I'll receive a NoA within 45 days, while the later e-request response says the case is still within processing time, which makes sense if CSC's current processing time for I-751 is 8-9 months, as we could see that they ARE obviously having a delay that's not reflected on their website.

Vermont service center is taking forever... I've only been seeing the California Service Center approvals so far. Congrats to all the folks who've had their removal of conditions approved!

Update, on March 4 my card was mailed to the address I have on file with USCIS. But quick question, I'm currently out of the country, I will not have my card with me when I come back on the 14th do you think I will have issue with my POI on the 14th of March?

People here have discussed many times that it's OK to travel outside the U.S. with the expired Green Card along with the Extension Letter, and I suppose you've taken them with you. There's no reason for them to disregard the Extension Letter just because you case is approved--they can't deny your right to enter when or if they even know you're actually more entitled to enter. That won't make sense.

Worst comes to worse, and if it even comes up, you could show them the online case status on your phone--it's not like you can randomly guess another person's case number.

Question on N400 filing for 3 year permanent resident category:

How soon we can apply for N400 once you have approval of I-751 (Perm GC)? is it 90 days before your First Conditional GC got approved?

I'm seeing multiple dates like you have to wait 3 years before you can file for N400.

You're considered eligible for naturalization on the 3rd anniversary of your conditional residency approval date. The fact your I-751 hasn't been approved yet will NOT change that fact.

It is because a lot of USCIS procedures take forever, you're allowed to file the documents up to 90 days before your eligibility date--a rule that happens to be applicable in the case of naturalization too. Am I clear?

Just got the approval later to my mail. It states I should get my green card within the 60 days..and if I need to travel, I should go get a stamp in my passport.

I'm gonna fly out of the country on the 19th this month.

Would I get my green card by then given my status changed since last Wednesday?

My case was just approved today. Please update. Thanks.

Also, I read that the naturalization process is taking 5 months on average. Does that mean we can apply earlier than the typical 3 months to make sure we can vote during the next presidential election?
