From what I know about their system with previous cases, it's the online status updates that trigger text/e-mail notifications--not the other way around...

Also for everybody: I had to call to follow up with another Tier 2 agent on the response for my 1st phone inquiry: he said a response was sent yesterday, and it said my case was being adjudicated and I should receive a NoA within 45 days...

Also for those who got text/email alert of approval, is your case status changed right away online?

Got Card/ Document Production status today. Woot woot. As an fyi - on 2/22 I received the following status "we updated your name for your Form CRI89." That 2/22 status update possibly meant someone was starting to look at our case and changed something on my name.

We are a same sex couple that finally was able to get married and apply for a green card when the supreme court changed the law 2 years ago. Next is applying for citizenship in August. Good luck everyone who's still waiting. You will be next soon.

Updated percentage and numbers and added approval date for MAGICMOUSE.

Thanks for the info. Finally I got to speak a Tier2 agent today to inquired about my case, but all the spanish accent officer said is that my case is in process and won't disclose any information.

I got so excited today when I received an e-mail from USCIS only to find out it's just the response to my e-request, and they told me my case was still within their processing time, so basically their 2 inquiry systems have given 2 different answers...

02/04/17: NOTICE DATE for Fingerprints (Biometrics) appointment.

02/06/17: I-797C (NOA) received by regular mail (USPS)

02/07/17: Fingerprints (Biometrics) appointment letter was sent to me by USCIS via regular mail(USPS)

02/09/17: Fingerprints (Biometrics) appointment letter was delivered to me.

Just got another email from USCIS

"On February 23, 2016, we mailed your new card for Receipt Number WACXXXXXX"

Received the new card in mail on 2/25/2016

I guess next step is N400 application in August, see you guys in "N400 August 2016 Filers" folder :)

I don't know why am I so unlucky, but I just got a letter saying that we have to come for the interview on March 23d. I honestly don't know why. I sent so many different documents and pictures and all.

If you didn't get an RFE, you may just be one of those who get randomly picked to fill their interview quota. I really wouldn't worry too much. Good luck - let us know how it went.

No news for me as well - 8/3/15

Hope we will hear the good news soon.

I haven't heard anything till today. I think I will wait till mid of March. If I don't get any info till that time, I will call. Is that good idea?

August 3rd. and also no news.

I filled an e-request and should hear something before March 9th.
