That's what they told us, too..... So frustrating.....

Hey guys. SO I called them again and they made a request to resend me the biometrics appointment. The lady on the phone said it should be here before October, 1st.

I'm super upset, because if I receive it in 2 weeks, then the biometrics will be in two-three more and that would be 2 month since filing the case... all waiting for nothing :(

We had the most incompetent person this morning. She told us to just wait for the notice, so I asked her if we should wait indefinitely or what? She referred me to see the wait-times on the website. We had to confirm and re-confirm that we were waiting over 30 days already and that other people we knew had gotten their biometrics letter within 2 weeks. She then put me on hold and came back on saying she would put in a service request and that if we were not contacted in 15 days to try back. No mention of re-sending the Biometrics letter.... I'm thinking we will call again next Monday when hubby is off of work.

It's basically exactly what they told me. I asked if during these 2 weeks I should get my biometrics, she said yes. Good luck ^) Keep me updates

Hi there! So I went ahead and completed my biometrics early (09/23), because I'm not going to be available on the date they scheduled me for.

I went there around 10.30 am, but there were like 50 people already waiting. I explained the guard my situation and he sent me to some sort of a manager. He told me to come back between 1pm and 2pm when it's not that busy. Came back at 1pm, took me only 10 minutes to complete the appointment. Yay!

Happytobe, let me know what's going on.

We had the most incompetent person this morning. She told us to just wait for the notice, so I asked her if we should wait indefinitely or what? She referred me to see the wait-times on the website. We had to confirm and re-confirm that we were waiting over 30 days already and that other people we knew had gotten their biometrics letter within 2 weeks. She then put me on hold and came back on saying she would put in a service request and that if we were not contacted in 15 days to try back. No mention of re-sending the Biometrics letter.... I'm thinking we will call again next Monday when hubby is off of work.

Hi there! So I went ahead and completed my biometrics early (09/23), because I'm not going to be available on the date they scheduled me for.

I went there around 10.30 am, but there were like 50 people already waiting. I explained the guard my situation and he sent me to some sort of a manager. He told me to come back between 1pm and 2pm when it's not that busy. Came back at 1pm, took me only 10 minutes to complete the appointment. Yay!

5/15/2019 - sent out a request to reschedule the interview

5/23/2019 - interview rescheduled to 06/26/2019

6/13/2019 - interview rescheduled to 07/13/2019

7/13/2019 - interview. Approved the same day, online status changed.

08/27/2019 - oath ceremony scheduled @ Alexandria court (name change) for 09/26/2019
