Hi All,

I posted recently as we received the RFE so now I have letters from friends etc. lease insurance policy and as I said earlier we have no children so I cannot change that part :-) ..My husband keeps insisting we purchase a car together we live in DC so I don't feel the need and the payment ..

We have sailed through the process till now..

WE have utility Bills gas/electric in both our names

lease both names

Insurance policy and that's it..

We are the real deal and we live thrifty.. I am fine as I am the US citizen my husband well hes getting itchy feet and a bit anxious ..

Any ideas welcome :joy:

hi

it's not adjusting status, you are removing conditions from a 2 year GC to get the 10 year GC

did you send 2 years worth of evidence? no need to purchase a car,,

do you have a bank account both in your names? did you send pictures? you now have letters from friends

you didn't mention sending your taxes

but anything and everything that you have both in your names and also proving comingling of finances

I got an RFE before too. You just need to send every papers showing in both of your names from the time you got married until now to show the on going relationship.
