Hi,

Compiling the AOS Package:

Has anybody on the forum been able to satisfy their AOS/I-864 with only showing sufficient cash assets in checking account of the petitioner?

Petitioner had no employment or tax returns for last couple of years, but has more than enough cash savings.

Might be able to include a job offer letter in the AOS package, with employment offer starting in 3-4 months.

Are we guaranteed to receive a checklist from NVC requiring us to find an additional sponsor?

I hope someone here has experience with getting case completed at NVC with just petitioner assets and no co-sponsor.

We did it- it's not that unusual when the petitioner lives abroad, as long as the assets are comfortably over, you should be fine.
