No she's not. On second thought, don't bother, as Tiff would figure out a way to bill yer booking account. That 2 dolla slurpee easily glom into a 44 dolla 'Tiff Bill'.

Which is a very bad influence on her thuggy friend PC, because PC tries to keep up with her. But PCs husband is a Gump-class husband.....
