I don't know he seems to think he's had some. Maybe when he's had training out of town?? I know one time he took me to this Vietnamese restaurant and it was bad bad bad. I don't have a clue what he ate but is was bad bad bad smiley-sick006.gif well he liked it. Needless to say he never took me back :P

lots of real ##### in the DFW area, a 4 to 9 hour drive for the lovely couple. :D

wt-f kinda estimate is that? A battle-losing kind of estimate, that's what......

But, while they're at it, they can visit the Alamo (Another 4- 9 hour drive). And, it was that kind of estimate that lost the battle of the Alamo to begin with......

There's like 100000 VJers, but only like 8 on this thread, that leaves 8 to blog here.

Trophie is changing diapers, that leaves 7.

Tark is scrubbing his floors like the sis that he is, that leaves 6.

Stretch is smoking butts, that leaves like 5

Niki is out riding her new bike, that leaves 4

Asia is stuffing kielbasas, that leaves 3

Darklar is up to his nose in horse , that leaves 2.

That leaves me, Frenchy, and Tooth 8.

And Frenchy and Tooth 8 is just reading.

And that, leaves me doing the blogging for 8 (+/- 1)

Saturday & Mini-GS Report, see man:

Restless night, awful man.

During our rare out-of-it moment, Mrs. T-B. had another gall-bladder attack, she man.

This on top of her cold, surgery precluded man.

Mrs. T-B. muscled through the g-b stuff as best as possible, g-b it she man.

We were permitted a 2-hour window to accomplish our errands, fair man.

We went to dry-cleaners and two phantom GSs, waste man.

At Many'rd GS (actually held), we found a book for Mini-B. for half of half a buck, deal man.

Nothing at Many'th GS, no man.

At that GS (an hour in to our window), Mrs. T-B. called us, come home now man.

At casa, Mrs. T-B. requested our taking Mini-B. somewhere, play wee man.

We first stopped at Vietnamese tailorette, repairs man.

Mini-B. charmed V.T. by showing her his Army jeep with Green Goblin driving, wee man.

We then headed for Chick-fil-A, play-area man.

Mrs. T-B. phoned, uh-oh man.

News was that mommy of little playmate was coming to take Mini-B. there, whee man.

We & Mini-B. concluded that C-f-A would consume too much time, caucus we & wee man.

We instead gave Daddy's car a drink and a bath, gas-&-warsh man.

We then returned casa-ward, anticipatory wee man.

Mrs. T-B. then permitted us to continue errands, free we man.

We went to bank and to Burger King with use of BOGO Whopper coupon, ingest man.

At casa, Mrs. T-B. mentioned preschool-purchase list, need she man.

We embarked in Mrs.-T-B.-mobile, gas-&-warsh man.

We got most supplies at Dollar General, tax-free day man.

We got other supply at supermarket, try to complete list man.

"Crayola dry-erase markers" do not seem to exist anywhere, grrr man.

At casa, took highly effective 2-hour nap but without cat, we sans miu zzz man.

Awoke in time to retrieve dry-cleaning, same-day efficiency man.

Dinner = tall can of pork & beans, imagine being married to Tiff man.

Asked Mrs. T-B. about prospective Aldi Foods list, ask she man.

Embarked with same to Aldi Foods, Many'th trip out today man.

Returned with Aldi spoils, nothing spoiled man.

Warshered kitchen rags, full load man.

Dished the warsher, full load man.

Watched late TV news, inspect man.

Dryered kitchen rags, how dry they are man.

Must de-dish the warsher, mandatory man.

Should fold dryer contents, leave till morn man.

Cat (with wrapper) prep zzz man.

Mornin', Commie-* and other babes with +1 inventories!

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).
