Na.....July and August is usually the doldrums. Just some warm water fish laying around. I'm not spending a hundred bucks in gas to go catch a porgy. Sometimes they're right at the dock. Sometimes I'll go get a fluke.

oooh - dock fishing ! but you can do that any almost any pier/dock, right? is there a closer pier to yer house, compared to distance to the boat dock where said boat is moored?

Why go to a public pier when I can go to a private dock?

My boat is only 10 minutes from me.

In the bucket, there's a pic of the kid fishing at the dock with a big ole bag a popcorn....

Um....you dum plebe....go back to yard patrol and brush up. My vessel is docked, not moored. Docked, like Tark, getting docked.....

That restaurant we went to last night, by which chance, is one of a handful left in nyc where you can still pull up in a boat to go eat.....

But it's so far from me, that it'd take about 2 hrs, and 50 gallons to get there....
