That is so messed up it's he should not be allowed to live!

In the state of NY, it costs about 45k a year to house these inmates.

This fook is 27. He gets ace medical care in the pen.

Provided that no one kills him, he'll live till about 80.

That's 50 years of incarceration.

It'll cost over 2 million dollars to punish him.

That doesn't take into account the money spent by the city on the crime scene, testing.

And the money spent by the state court.

While rotting in jail for 50 years will certainly be a worse punishment than the death penalty, it makes more sense for the death penalty.
