So this past spring, my bank didn't pay an insurance company, remember? The policy was cancelled.

I got another policy, no problem.

But I didn't know I still owed 247 bucks to Safeco. I didn't get any bills. They hired a collection agency, who failed to contact me.

Next thing I know, Equifax credit watch notifies me that there's a collection account added to my credit profile.

No problem, I hunt them down, I pay them. I subscribe to Equifax, so they deleted this from my credit profile. Then transunion and experian picks up the same thing.

I spent yesterday emailing both. Experian deleted it already. Now just transunion is left.

I get a discover (black card) bill today. My FICO score went from the 800 range to 715.....

Now I'm pretty sure that it's going to go back up. But this is ground to sue that collection agency. Brown and Joseph. If Safeco would have contacted me to begin with, this wouldn't have happened.

But just goes to show you that they must have a very bad reputation for flaking people. I disputed the entry, and within an hour, Experian deleted the collections account. That means that it's Brown and Joseph that has no credibility. Not me.

Equifax deleted the entry immediately.

I love the Fall...

Pumpkin picking with the kid. Enjoyable weather. Fall fishing. All kinda good stuff.

But it's freezing in the office man....

Good thing hurricane Jacque (I renamed Joaquin) missed us.

Doctors have this idea that one inhaler should last me 6 month :rolleyes: When you are allergic to everything you are lucky to make it a month with one inhaler.

I actually finally got a better steroid too bad we don't know if we can get it now thanks to our non script coverage.
