Hey. If anyone brings a watermelon get the kids to play a game that we do here on the beach. Get them, one by one to try and smash it with a baseball bat whilst blindfolded (spin the kid around a couple of times once they are blindfolded then let them at it). Once the watermelon is smashed, sprinkle the pieces with salt, and eat.

Oh Fat boy found himself a new GF. An "ABC", I think he wants to marry her already lol.

ABC, for those of you uncultured ones....stand for "American Born Chinese".

The little egg roll is an ABC, as is her sis.

Trophie, is a "JAP"....

Um...Frenchy dear, here, we use what they call a piñata....

And, how are you gonna eat the watermelon after the pieces fall on the beach, it's full of sand.

Warm gualamelon with sand, and salt....yum yum!

I know that gualamelons are super expensive in Edo, but it's dirt cheap here.

Darklar sells them on the side of the road, out of the back of his dodge, for 2 pesos each....

Piñatas are hung aren't they.

Ya throw water on the watermelon to get rid of the sand. Salt on watermelon is excellent btw.

Anyways the eating isn't the main point. It is just fun to watch blindfolded kids (or adults) trying to smash up a watermelon! Boy, you sure don't know how to party....

Not so expensive here for the round ones. The cubic ones, used for summer gifts are though.

the oil and grease saturated rafters will repel water, brilliant!

Oh maybe that was the point because their roofing job sucks!

I really wish I was here when the Hillbilly bought this house. He would not have bought it.
