Not too familiar with NY real estate huh......

Upstate NY outside of Westchester, is fairly piss poor.....

Store fronts in the city is well into 7 figures.....

Given a choice between the stock and real estate markets, I'll always opt in favour of the latter....

No, I'm very familar with stuff in a 3 hour drive radius from NYC, as I study it and buy stuff.

But - my point was - move your money into several foreclosures, where you can get stuff cheaply. I'm sorry yer not reading all of my words, really ! I never said anything IN NYC! Don't be a slacktard, or I'll ask Gump to move in again... :D

Binghamton NY is the next decent return. That's outside your 3 hour radius, you amateur...

Our give it to me, there is a 35k 4 bed, 2 bath house that Im itching to buy in town and make into a rental. It was our 2nd choice house last year, but had the price been this low then, we would have taken it.

1- you have your own money

2- what can you rent it out for?

3- what are the expenses?

Did I mention weeks ago, no way in hell the feds can raise rates this year? They just announced, no rate hike till March. Skipped a few months. Really? I sounded it weeks ago....

Now, what that means to you , mortgage rates are gonna take a dive in the next 3-6 months.
