What to send with I-130

I am getting my I-130 and supporting documents ready to send. I am just waiting to receive my marriage certificate. Here is a list of everything I am sending. Please let me know if this looks good or if I am forgetting anything. Do I need to include a timeline? Thanks!

· Personal check in the amount of $??

· G-1145

· I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

· Copy of unexpired U.S. passport (petitioner)

· G-325A (petitioner)

· Passport style photo (petitioner)

· G-325A (beneficiary)

· Passport style photo (beneficiary)

· Evidence of a bona fide marriage

· Copy of our Marriage Certificate from Vietnam

· Copy of our apartment lease in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam were we currently live together

· Photos of us together (I am not sure how many to send, I was thinking around 10)

· Receipts from various activities together

· Copies of plane tickets and visas/passports stamps

· Receipts for gold for traditional wedding in November 2015

· Copies of plane tickets for my family coming here for the wedding in November 2015

· Viber and facebook chat logs

Any advice is appreciated. I am still not sure if most people include a time line with the I-130.

I will be getting my marriage certificate tomorrow. I would like to file my i-130 asap. I just want to make sure I am sending everything I need.

Make sure the petitioner's photo is taken here in the US. I took my passport photo in Vietnam and submitted my i-130 application. As a result, I received a RFE for passport photo not approved.

December 31, 2014 Got Married

USCIS

January 20, 2015 I-130 Mailed, Chi lockbox

January 22, 2015 Priority Date

January 26, 2015 NOA1 notice date, Assigned VSC

February 18, 2015 I-130 Suspended

February 23, 2015 I-130 RFE sent via priority express

February 25, 2015 USPS Delivered RFE

February 26, 2015 USCIS Received RFE and case resume

March 8, 2015 I-130 Case Approved - email notification

March 12, 2015 I-130 Case Approved - Mail

NVC STAGE

March 27, 2015 NVC Received Case (19 days)

April 6, 2015 Case # Assigned (On the phone close to 2 hours)

April 6, 2015 DS-261 Completed

April 7, 2015 Paid AOS Fee

April 7, 2015 Sent in AOS and IV Package

April 8, 2015 USPS Delivered AOS/IV Package / Scanned Date

April 9, 2015 AOS Fee status showed "PAID"

April 11, 2015 Received NVC Welcome Letter

April 20, 2015 DS-261 Reviewed over the phone

April 21, 2015 IV Invoiced and Paid (Processing)

April 22, 2015 Checklist Emailed for IV Fee @ 5:30PM ; IV Showed Paid & DS-260 Submitted

May 20, 2015 Case Completed (3 N/As)

Sept 10, 2015 Interview Scheduled

Oct 20, 2015 Interview (Administrative Revew)

2015-02-10 :Trip to Vietnam to celebrate Tet, meet my fiancee

2015-03-16 :Back to USA, could not file for I-129F, until my divorce paper was finalize.

2015-05-01 :Divorce paper final

2015-05-08 :Submitted I-129F to Lewisville, TX Lockbox via USPS

2015-05-13 :NOA-1 (Received official Receipt Notice from the mail)

2015-06-22 :NOA-2 (Received approval by text and email)

2015-06-26 :NOA-2 (Received official approval, Form I-797) note on the I-797, notice date 2015-06-22

2015-07-21 :Finally able to talk to NVC, got HCM#, case still in administrative review, not going to Vietnam yet.
