1. Does this mean that case is being send to Vietnam.
2. Should I start the DS-160 now ?
3. Also, Should I start the www.ustraveldocs.com and schedule the appointment for visa?

Note my fiance have not receive any doc from the US embassy in Vietnam yet.

2015-02-10 :Trip to Vietnam to celebrate Tet, meet my fiancee

2015-03-16 :Back to USA, could not file for I-129F, until my divorce paper was finalize.

2015-05-01 :Divorce paper final

2015-05-08 :Submitted I-129F to Lewisville, TX Lockbox via USPS

2015-05-13 :NOA-1 (Received official Receipt Notice from the mail)

2015-06-22 :NOA-2 (Received approval by text and email)

2015-06-26 :NOA-2 (Received official approval, Form I-797) note on the I-797, notice date 2015-06-22

2015-07-21 :Finally able to talk to NVC, got HCM#, case still in administrative review, not going to Vietnam yet.

I think the case it have been sent to Embassy ,around 10 days your fiancee will get PK3 .You can start the DS-160 and ready pay VIsa fee and Appoitment as well .

When you got PK3 ,remember sent a copy of confirm page of DS-160 ,2 photo and passport including copy PK3 letter to HCM Embassy .

Wait 2 weeks before contacting the U.S. Consulate in Saigon. Ask them to confirm that they have received your case and sent you the Packet 3 letter.

I would wait until your fiancee has received the Packet 3 letter before completing the DS-160 and paying Visa fee.

last night I complete the DS-160 already and got the confirmation page for the DS-160,,,

However, I did not pay for Visa Fee yet,,,

Would completing the DS-160 now cause any issue?
