AOS Affidavit Of Support fees payment problems/delays at NVC

I have received by AOS bill for IR5 visa category( for parents ) by eMail. But in CEAC web portal for payment, it has not showed up for over ten days. When I call NVC, they keep telling me wait for 2/3 business days.

Any suggestions ?

i think thats the same case for most immigrant visas.... i had to wait close to a month before it was available to pay online after receiving the bill via email,,,i think the best method is to just wait for it to show up on ceac, cuz i have read posts here that if you pay via mail it takes longer
